A Russian overnight attack on Dnipro hit a multi-story residential building, killing three people and injuring ten others, including two children, regional authorities said early Thursday.
Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha said the strike damaged residential areas and caused fires across the city. An apartment building, a shop and a car were hit in the attack, he said.

The number of injured rose overnight as emergency services worked at the scene.
Among the wounded were two girls, aged 9 and 14, who were taken to hospital. Several adults were also hospitalized, with doctors assessing their condition as moderate.
Dnipro has faced repeated Russian attacks in recent weeks. Last week, the death toll from another Russian strike on the city rose to six.
Moscow has launched near-nightly drone attacks on Ukraine in recent months, while Kyiv has increasingly carried out strikes inside Russia in response.
